Return and Refund Policy<\/b><\/h2>

This document regulates the terms and procedures for returning digital services (subscription packages) purchased on the website Datvale.ge<\/b>.<\/p>

1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract<\/b><\/h3>

In accordance with Georgian legislation, the user has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days<\/b> of purchasing the service, without providing any reason.<\/p>

2. Exception (Digital Services)<\/b><\/h3>

Please note that according to the Law of Georgia “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” (Article 21), the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply<\/b> if:<\/p>

  • The provision of the service has already begun with the consumer’s prior consent;<\/p><\/li>

  • The consumer has confirmed that they lose the right to withdraw from the contract once the service has been fully performed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    In the case of Datvale.ge:<\/b> Upon purchasing a package, the user receives full access to the construction calculator and partner discounts. If the user has already used the calculator or utilized a discount code, the service is considered performed, and the amount is non-refundable.<\/p>

    3. Refund Procedure<\/b><\/h3>

    In the event that the user has not utilized the purchased service and wishes to request a refund within the 14-day period:<\/p>

    • The user must send a request to the following email: Info@datvale.ge<\/b>;<\/p><\/li>

    • The email must include the user’s full name, phone number, and a receipt confirming the payment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Reimbursement Terms<\/b><\/h3>

      • Upon approval of the request, the paid amount will be refunded to the user within 14 calendar days<\/b>;<\/p><\/li>

      • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
