Refund Policy<\/h1>\r\n\r\n

\r\n This document outlines the refund policy and procedures for digital services\r\n purchased through Datvale.ge, including subscription packages.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

1. Right to Withdraw<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n In accordance with the laws of Georgia, users have the right to withdraw from\r\n a distance contract within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that the\r\n purchased service has not yet been used.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

2. Exception for Digital Services<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n Please note that if the delivery of a digital service has already begun with\r\n the user's prior consent, a refund may not be available.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Upon purchasing a Datvale.ge package, users immediately receive access to\r\n online calculators, digital services, and partner discounts. If a user has\r\n already used any calculator or redeemed a discount code, the service is\r\n considered delivered and is no longer eligible for a refund.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

3. Refund Procedure<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n If the purchased service has not been used and the user wishes to request\r\n a refund within 14 calendar days, the request must be submitted by email to:\r\n info@datvale.ge<\/strong>.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n
