Refund Policy

This document outlines the refund policy and procedures for digital services purchased through Datvale.ge, including subscription packages.

1. Right to Withdraw

In accordance with the laws of Georgia, users have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that the purchased service has not yet been used.

2. Exception for Digital Services

Please note that if the delivery of a digital service has already begun with the user's prior consent, a refund may not be available.

Upon purchasing a Datvale.ge package, users immediately receive access to online calculators, digital services, and partner discounts. If a user has already used any calculator or redeemed a discount code, the service is considered delivered and is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Procedure

If the purchased service has not been used and the user wishes to request a refund within 14 calendar days, the request must be submitted by email to: [email protected].

The refund request must include:

• Phone Number
• Registered Email Address
• Proof of Payment

4. Refund Processing

Once the refund request has been reviewed and approved, the payment will be refunded within 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
