Return and Refund Policy

This document regulates the terms and procedures for returning digital services (subscription packages) purchased on the website Datvale.ge.

1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

In accordance with Georgian legislation, the user has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of purchasing the service, without providing any reason.

2. Exception (Digital Services)

Please note that according to the Law of Georgia “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” (Article 21), the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if:

• The provision of the service has already begun with the consumer’s prior consent;

• The consumer has confirmed that they lose the right to withdraw from the contract once the service has been fully performed.

In the case of Datvale.ge: Upon purchasing a package, the user receives full access to the construction calculator and partner discounts. If the user has already used the calculator or utilized a discount code, the service is considered performed, and the amount is non-refundable.

3. Refund Procedure

In the event that the user has not utilized the purchased service and wishes to request a refund within the 14-day period:

• The user must send a request to the following email: [email protected];

• The email must include the user’s full name, phone number, and a receipt confirming the payment.

4. Reimbursement Terms

• Upon approval of the request, the paid amount will be refunded to the user within 14 calendar days;

• The refund will be processed using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction.
