Service Refund Policy

This document governs the terms and conditions for refunds of digital services purchased on Datvale.ge, including subscription packages.

1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

In accordance with Georgian legislation, the user has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the service has not yet been used.

2. Exception for Digital Services

Please note that if the provision of the service has begun with the user's prior consent, a refund may not be issued.

In the case of Datvale.ge, immediately after purchasing a package, the user receives access to online calculators, digital services, and partner discounts. If the user has already used a calculator or a discount code, the service is considered to have been provided and is not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Procedure

If the user has not used the purchased service and wishes to request a refund within 14 calendar days, they must send a request by email to: info@datvale.ge.

The request must include:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Registered email address
• Proof of payment

4. Refund Method

If the request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the user within 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used to purchase the service.
